I am shaking my head reading all the bad things that all the people wrote about, they must be out of their minds or just plain out there because I live here and haven't seen anything out of the ordinary. This place has taken on major renovation and it looks great. I am going to stay as long as the management can stand me, hehe.

The rents for newer and bigger apartments down the road are way cheaper. Avalon across from Fred Meyer only charges $ 1350.00 per month including water and it has 80 sq" more than here, The place has also brand new kitchens, carpet and security in every apartment. We are waiting for availability. How can they here justify those extremely high rents here when they drop everywhere else? By cleaning the complex and renovating some units?? We are paying for it gang!!!

I agree about the high rent. We moved from Cambridge Square North into a large house near Martha Lake(much nicer neighborhood) on 2 acres and pay less! Since many housing prices have gone down owners are choosing to rent there house for a few years before selling. Check it out of craigslist you many get to live in a house for less money!

Like I said yesterday, I moved in this place four years ago this comming April, the managers at that time were very cheap when it came to updating anything around here. The current managers care about this property and have upgraded it a lot. I will stay here as long as my managers want me.
