Hi, I lived at this place for quite awhile with my parents when I was younger, we actually had alot of problems. The apartment complex is built on a natural spring, so some of the bottom floor apartments are kinda sinking. The one we lived in was always muddy around the area, and the bedrooms would have moisture constantly sinking in throuh the floors and so on. Cost alot and they constantly raise their prices. I wouldnt move back.
