Seems like a decent area, but if you park in the right or wrong place you'll get towed by the most horrible towing company (tom's towing) who thought he could charge me 850.00. They also broke in my car, stole $40.00 and disabled my car. The dryer wont dry your clothes. Can hear the people on the floor aboves alarm and when they piss. The pond is all funked out and gross. The management wont do a thing for you once they get you to sign the paper work (carla). Moving after just 6 months even though it is not cost efficient because I am so upset at the tow bill. If your on the first floor, be sure to count on waking up at 6:00 am on the dot because of the sprinklers... who needs an alarm when you have the neighbors on top and the automatic sprinklers' Also, the land scaping looks good but the maintanence people are LOUD ALL DAY WITH THE LEAF BLOWERS AND LAWN MOWERS. Huge dogs crappin on your lawn constantly and barking... thats all... have a nice day
