Canyon Springs is a nice place to live.
Good:
Maintenance-things are done fast and right.
Office staff-friendly and personable, willing to work with you if you need something.
Grounds-nice, landscaping and ponds are very pretty.
Apartment-large, good set up, walk in closets are great!
Location-it?s close to everything including I5 and 405, grocery stores, mall, etc.
Pets-they allow them, big and small
Kids-they?ve got a decent play area for them that keep up.
Safety-I thought it was a safe place and never had any issues.
Not as good:
Parking-if you don?t get a covered spot, you may walk a ways
Overall this is a very nice community that I would recommend to anyone looking for a new home.
