We are actually just moving in here. I'm not sure why people are complaining about parking you can pay a small fee to have a carport spot reserved for you! Also, the apartment complex is not that big, parking a few buildings away is no big deal. Compared to all of the other apartments we have seen this is the nicest one! The cabinets are real! It looks more like home than any other place. The staff is super nice. They have answered all of our questions and then some. I could see them as mentoring the members of their community.
YOu can hang whatever you want on the walls ...as for the people complaining about mold and other strange things get renters insurance! This place has less apartment type problems then any place I've ever been. . . and who cares if duck poop is bad, are you going to swim in the pond' It is so beautiful!
The community center is very well kept! The fitness center has more options than other places. They even have a scrapbooking club!
