The Canyon Springs community is very family and pet friendly. Throughout the year the staff arranged things like "kids night" in the clubhouse once a month, providing a photographer during the holiday season to take family photos, and throwing an Ice Cream party to kick off summer.

The units have a well planned layout, very open and light. Minimal noise travels through common walls - better insultated than most apartment buildings.

Lastly, pay for a covered parking spot or garage. While there is adequate parking overall, finding an open parking space after 10pm can be a challenge.
