I am renting a one bedroom apartment. I have been here for just under 1 year. This apartment community is always clean, quiet and friendly. The staff is the BEST in the area. I pre-viewed A LOT of communities, some with higher quality apartments, but nothing compares to the caring staff. If I were to make any complaints it would be the cabinets in the kitchen seem outdated.... and it would be nice to have a coat closet in the living room in the one bedroom apartments. Those things are minor when you factor in how well you are treated by staff and how safe you feel in your apartment.

This is not a safe community. Cars are always getting broken into and stolen. A friend of mine in an adjacent building just had his car window smashed today and they stole a few items from his car. I also have information that inmates that are released from prison are dropped off at motels that are less than half a mile away from Canyon Springs. In addition, Canyon Springs is surrounded (to the left and right) by two low-income apartment complexes. Canyon Springs is outside the limits of Lynnwood so the Lynnwood police department has no jurisdiction. The Sheriffs office handles the entire county and they are too busy to come out to Canyon Springs. I'm afraid that my car will be stolen or broken into. Sometimes I have to park several building away because parking here is a joke. If you want to pay $25.00 per month you will get a reserved spot, otherwise deal with the fiasco of finding a parking space especially at night time.
