Yes, I do know we live in Washington, BUT I also know that mold is not something that we should live with (nor have I in the past), especially when you are renting, when you rent you are supposed to have everything taken care for you, that is the main benefit of renting and not owning.



Since my other post, I have had over 5 people e-mail me with the same problems there at Canyon Springs. Some owed money and others are still living there.



I have never ever owed an apartment money for damage NOT EVEN WHEN I WAS 17 and living on my own! Let alone now married with kids living a much calmer life!



Another thing I don?t understand is, the people that leave "good" messages are USUALLY always ANONYMOUS, why is that'' (Hmmm, could it be because it is from the staff, owner or property management')-who knows.



Another thing yes there is a pond with ducks that live there, if anyone knows anything about ducks then you will know that duck poop is very hazardous to humans, kids and pets and then you should also know that when they have baby?s around or are in mating season they are very territorial and MEAN!



BUT hey, if you aren?t worried about the MOLD and all the dangerous mold cause, then the ducks are the least of your problems! -haha

We lived there for 1 year, and upon move out because it was known i did not like the management, they charged us with over 3,000.00 worth of damage, out of court I have got it down to under 2,000.00, thank god I had pictures. the rest we are going to court on!

so you can see where this is just wrong and why i am upset!
