Great Place to Live

I have lived at Canyon Springs for over 2 years now and really have nothing bad to say about the place or the staff. The walls seem a little thin but it is a reminder that we need to be quite too. The maintence staff is great and are always right on top of any issue. We have to pay for covered parking, the garage and W/S/G are also an additional $12 per person but with all that included our 3 bedroom is only $1206.00. The office also puts on lots of fun community events such as the pizza/movie night for kids and most of the staff are not only staff but neighbors as well.
