I have lived here for eight years and have had three different apartments on the property as my living space needs changed. It is a very pretty place with lots of trees and wonderfully kept grounds. When it's sunny I can walk the grounds and enjoy the pond, fountains, foot bridge, and surrounding green belts. When it snows I love the frozen water fall and goofy ducks sitting on the ice of the ponds. When I have need of repair or any concern the maint. staff is here in a flash. The office staff are cheerful and always make me feel like a real V.I.P The results of this site (having just discovered it) are proof that for every person with a compliment there are two with a gripe because this is the first apartment I've ever lived in where EVERY promise has been kept, EVERY need taken care of, and ALL of it done with a cheery smile. I have never lived anywhere as long as I've been here but I'm no fool..... I know when I've got it good! Anyone would be lucky to find an open apt. at Canyon Springs where tenants actually count.
