We have been here for several years at Canyon Springs "Luxury" Apartments and have witnessed the deterioration of the buildings, office staff, "MANAGEMENT", "MAINTENANCE" and "GROUNDS"!!! And now the newest "BRAINSTORM" is to cut and chop, "DISTROY" the trees behind buildings "E, C, D" around the pond, where this is reserved as a wildlife sancturary. They are wasting time, money, effort, energy of removing and clearing beautiful trees, in an effort to "uglify" the grounds. The major plan here is not to fix the "MOLD" problem, but to FILL IT ALL WITH GRAVEL!! OH what a "Luxurious" area we are going to have after this marvelous brainstorm of removing beautiful trees is complete. First of all, let them address the true problem of the way the property is situated on swamp grounds to begin with. Second of all the IRRIGATION that was placed when this complex was built, was done so very very poorly. The plumbing sucks!!! Toilets back up constantly. THE SLUDGE That is built up behind all of these buildings is not from those beautiful trees, but instead from the poor construction and engeineering of the pipes, plumbing, and LACK of Excellent Building Maintenance. And their solution to fixing this problem...is to tear up the "MUD" Soaked SWAMP area and instead of weeds and grass, they will dump gravel. "OH HOW STINKIN LUXURIOUS" Why instead, if you want to take down all the trees and dump gravel, why not put in concrete' Let's make it look more like the complex it is.... "LOW INCOME HOUSING". VOICED FROM ALL YOUR DI-SSATISFIED TENANTS!!!

First of all, you need to chill out. Why do you focus on the negative aspect of every situation. I would assume you do this with your personal life as well. In an effort to make the apartments a healthier place, they are eliminating the mold problem by cutting down the trees. If you have anyone to blame for that, blame the health department as management had no choice in this matter - I am a tenant there right now and I know... Was it managements choice to put the complex where it was built? Did they personally say - hey lets build an apartment complex with our two hands and put it here then manage it..? I don't think so. There are other people who decided to create the architecture of this property and hire builders to build it on this spot, not management. If you are that worried about what something may "look" like over the health of your wellbeing, then I feel sorry for you and everyone else like you. You are full of a lot of negativety and I hope one day you can turn that around and think outside the box and be more positive.

Everyone has a right to their own opinions! I believe what the original person is stating is true. This site is meant to WARN people of what they might potentally incure during their residency at this community. You do seem like you are part of the leasing staff at this community. You keep taking the blame off of them? Why? They are the face of this community when there are problems! If you can't talk to them, who should we be talking to? Can't you just let people write what they have experieneced at Canyon Springs without having a rebuttal? Not every resident has had a happy experience here! You have such a biased response and users that are reading this should disregard that first response! It is tainted...

I am amazed at this tree hugging State!!! You have the most forest around and your worried about a couple of trees. I don't even live there yet and am sick of the nonsense. The management must love the contradiction in gripes. Fix the mold but don't cut down trees that cause the build up of moisture. Brilliant!!! Too bad I have to live in the Northwest and not back were I am from were most are sensible.
