I have read all of these reviews. I have to say I am a little surprised by what is being said.

My view on all of this drama about fleas, the trees cutting down, is yes you do have your own opinion and are entitled to it but grow up. You chose to rent an apartment and when you rent you do not own it and how it is ran is not in your hands. Yes tell them your opinion but in a nice, respectful, grown up way and maybe they will hear you out more.

I have had a great experience living here for 8 years. I am close with a few of the staff and they care a lot about this community and everyone s satisfaction. They go out of their way to make everyone comfortable, happy and safe.

The maintenance has improved so much since we got a new maintenance supervisor and a new staff member.

The office staff is going beyond to be committed they do nothing but work to make every resident satisfied. They are all very sweet and the hardest workers I have meet.

This community honors value, quality and integrity.

You will have a successful and great experience living here. All of these negative postings are just from people with nothing better to do but stir up trouble.

This comment, while meant to be encouraging, is really not, to prospective renters. Telling others who have legitimate complaints about bugs, etc., to grow up, is not necessarily a helpful reflection of prospective neighbors and friends of staff. I'll be passing on this one.
