First off, learn how to spell. You dont seem smart which is good because people cant understand your review. Not like it matters because this is an awesome apartment complex, mold is a serious issue and yes they do take care of it accordingly, it also depends on how the apartment resident takes care of it. So stop making a fool of yourself, grow up and if you havent moved out already do so, this apartment complex would do better without your dumb ass.

If you dislike it so much, why have you stayed for 4 years? If you are unhappy, then move out. Your post sounds like you had one problem, and because you did not feel it resolved to your liking you just lashed out in an anonymous public format. Childish and immature, discrediting you entire statement.

Bottom line is, the apartment community HAS gone down hill over the past few years, garbage continues to be out of hand. and the only one posting "responses" or feels the need to be the "watchdog" of canyon springs postings is obviously coming from a family member of office staff. One would think this person should be out attempting to take "defensive driving" instead of sitting at this website waiting for the next person to post a response.

I recently moved out because of financial reasons, I wish i could have stayed! It is the ONLY PLACE in Lynnwood that i liked from the begining. I wish i could have moved into a larger apartment, but for the time being.... its not possible. I LOVE the office team. They are very professional and personable. Every employee at Canyon Springs does an A job. I have been a renter in Washington for 4 years and Rhode Island for 5 years.... This has been the one and only place where I have rented that I have piece of mind, feel safe in my apartment community and know that any problems are taken care of within a reasonable timeframe. I am NOT A pet owner and maintain a CLEAN household even with a toddler. I did not have any issues with my apartment that were due to my maintenance of my unit. There was 3 occasional leaks thru my 2 yr stay... Once from melting snow and twice from the washer on the floor above me. Each issue was taken care of promptly. I hope to be able to move back to Canyon Springs when my situation improves. The rent is high but I am a firm believer of "you get what you pay for". After living in Rhode Island and renting from a TRUE SLUMLORD for 3 years and the housing authority was called on them and didnt do anything about it. Be Thankful you have a good, safe community to rent from. Buy your own home if you dont enjoy who or where you have to rent from!!!!

Going back to the very first response. A person has a right to there own opinion. Rhode Island can stay there, we have to many outsiders from other states anyway. Apparently he/she was not charged as so many are on there moveout, but you have to be on the friendly side of the office staff or else you really get scammed.
