Canyon Springs has a beautiful property that offers sanctuary and relaxation. I have lived here for 3 1/2 months and it never ceases to amaze me how appealing the property looks. With the fountain and stream and all the trees and nature.

The property manager is very professional and really does care about her residents, as people and as tenants. If there is a problem she will fight until it is solved. A lot of Canyon Springs reviews are negative, what people need to realize is that there are going to be problems every where you go. There is no "perfect" place to live. Its how you react to those issues that make a difference. If you don't have a good experience at Canyon Springs, or any apartment for that matter, you can only blame yourself, for not making it a good experience and allowing it to be negative over minor issues that can be solved.

I would recommend Canyon Springs - they are, after all, one of the most beautiful apartment communities in Lynnwood, and large dog friendly :)

i would not call black mold a minor problem and no they dont care about their residents all they care about is the al might buck and how mucch they can line their pockets

Please be sure to update your review after a full year. I fell victim to the vacade as well, then grew to hate the mudpit that was once a beautiful lawn.
