The office management is terrible. They pick favorites and try to find ways to evict the families and persons they find 'unsuitable' to live in their buildings. They persecute young children for being children, and not intentionally making childish mistakes. They find ways to discriminate against certain races, sexual oriantations, and age.

One of the managers, who will remain nameless, is very rude to her tenants she finds unsuitable. On cookie tuesdays, she refuses cookies to students she finds too old. Well anyone until they are out of college is still considered a student, and if she wants to only hand them to children, she should specify the age, Rather than making anyone over 8 feel sad because they go cookieless!

I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially if you are
a.f.r.i.c.a.n american, homosexual, or under the age of 45.

That's funny because I'm ---, black, and under 45 and have lived here for years with my partner AND love the place AND the staff. Over the years I have gone up to the office to pay rent a few times only to find myself waiting behind someone who thought the entire complex and staff were there to service their every little complaint about life....Well...NOT! In every community and on every street you will find that one family that just can't play nice or act civil and you prove with your ranting you are just that person/family with your wimpered complaining about cookies.....maybe you could post it at the mailboxes and some of us more civilized tenants could chip in to buy your older kids a cookie sometime.....or wait.....U COULD, what a thought! U said you wouldn't live here on your life, of course not.....U don't have one. I LOVE MY HOME, and have never been discriminated against here for being black or ---, or 31. jeez they have a guy who works in the office at night that I think is ---, but I don't think he has cookies so you may not have met him.

the staff here at canyon springs is very bad.they don't like anyone who they think are kooler than them. if your a kool person and don't like people like that then don't live here!!! they discrimenate if your a certain race. people are always braking into cars,trust me it happend to me and many other people. theres alot of mold including black mold. theres dog crap everywhere.!!!!!!!!

This is the funniest thing I have read in a looooong time. Someone really wanted a cookie. I have lived here for 2 years, and have absolutely no problem with this establishment. The office is fair, and the apartments are spacious and well kept. And my kid is 10 and still gets a cookie.

what i would like to know is: How many positive posts about canyon spring and rebuttals to complaints are done by the manager? i would not put it past her. She seriously is crazy. Yet, i bet she delights in reading about how horrible she is on these reviews...
