Was wonderful when we moved in but slowly went downhill. Management became distant and were not warm or even friendly. Our apartment felt more like a dorm room than a home and we were not happy living there. Maintenance did fix most things in a prompt manner, only had one instance where they didn't. Not consistent in enforcement of rules and policies as well as a tendency to change them frequently. The apartments are not quiet. There was loud noise from the apartment above and below us as well as surrounding buildings.
While the grounds are well maintained they are often extremely wet and swamp like.
I would not recommend this apartment complex to friends nor would I to friends who have children. This is not a child friendly apartment complex and there is only one area for which they can play and it's not designed for children over the age of perhaps 8.

I agree with you that this is not a child friendly apartment complex. I think it's ridiculous that children can not play in the the parking areas or streets inside the complex. If your children own bikes or skateboards, do not move here because management will not allow the use of bikes or skateboards on the property. The playground has a small park surrounded by lots of grass but no sidewalk where children can use skateboards or bikes. Management once sent out notices telling residents to take bikes and skateboards on a "field trip" outside of the complex and threatened strict enforcment leading up to eviction notices if children are caught playing in the parking areas/streets. Instead of removing children from the parking areas/streets I think management should focus on the residents that speed inside the complex and put our children in danger. Maybe they should post "children at play" signs and install more aggressive speed control devices that are painted bright yellow. Maybe management should threaten to evict speeders and negligent drivers instead of punishing the kids who just want to grow up riding bikes and skateboards like we did.

If you have moved out, I was just wondering if you got the scam charges on carpet, blinds, painting and such. Because the management seems to punish tenants with pets or children. Even when they have deposits etc. Please email me, or anyone else that may have these problems no matter how old. Several of us have a law suit filing together pending. Thank djlees@verizon.net

I think your rediculous to think its safe to have your children ride there bikes in the parking lots or even skateboard I moved in canyon springs about 1 year ago and I have a grandaughter who is not alowed in the parking lot at all.Cars cant always see these kids and the kids don't look for cars if you want your kids to play freely outside get a house and another thing are you watching your kids outside I dought it there are child molesters out there these kids are not safe out side by them self's at any apartment complex I like living here and I think the management is doing the best they can do and with a little cooperation from the tenants it would be a lot easier
