Oh my goodness. The grumbling and the griping. The whining and the complaining. I guess that's what this site is mainly about, but oh my.
I lived at Canyon Springs for just over 7 years. I think that speaks for itself, but in case it does not let me make it clear, I truly enjoyed living at Canyon Springs. Not in a position to purchase I home, I made my home at Canyon Springs. And I think that's the difference between myself and many others who have left comments. I made a choice that I was happy with and wasn't wishing that things were different and that I was living somewhere else. I chose a top floor apartment so as to not have deal with hearing people over my head. I heard my neighbors occasionally, but not enough to complain about. I rented a carport so I could park near my apartment. I didn't leave my valuables in my car as an invitation to a thief. The maintenance staff seemed to be there when I needed them and do their job. My dealings with management, and there were many, were consistently positive. They didn't always say or do what I wanted them to, but they were responsive and listened, and that's what I wanted from them. Most of the people I talked with spoke positively about them. I now live in a home and I love it! I don't miss apartment living at all, but I enjoyed the years I lived at Canyon Springs.

Really... Nice comment!! Control your own mold. Seriously we all live in Washington and its damp here. Open a window and dry out your rooms.

the apartment complex is responsiable for the mold problem it is a health risk especially for children it caused my daughter to have asthma badly we had to move because of it when mold is growing out of the walls that is the apartments responsibility to fix
