Is that Property Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing Agents, Maintenence Staff, etc make ------ money! I think its classic that residents expect the office staff to bend over backwards to make them happy when in fact this job is so over worked and underpaid. How would you like it if you had to work every single weekend like an Assistant Manager has to if there is no Leasing Agent on site. Same thing with Maintenence Staff. Usually an apartment facility will write in for 2 Maintenence people. Sometimes a Porter....Which does help alot. Not to mention how difficult it is to get any work done in the office with residents coming in telling you a life story. No one cares about your daughters, friends, cousin Lillys cat....SORRY! Get a life people! If you dont like apartment living....DONT RENT! Manage your money better and buy douche nuggets!!! Oh and HELLO! The North end is GHETTO! What do you expect from Lynnwood or Everett' If you want something nicer go to the Eastside!!

No one makes enough money at their job! deal with it or find something new.
