Staff - RUDE, the leasing gals come off so charming at first, but you wait until you sign that lease and when you need anything done the attitude will change towards you.

Repairs that need to be done you?ll wait days to get it done and than you may have to call twice, three times before they get the problem taken care of correctly.

Apartment Units - The management rents to anyone just to get an apartment leased.

College age partying throughout the nights. If you don?t mind noise this complex is for you.

There is a Mold problem developing several tenants here have complained but nothing major has been done about the problem and the management won?t admit to the problem, they have to keep the apartment leased.

Rainy season the bldg?s walkways to your apartment are ponds and you have to wade through the water to get to your apartment. People have complained about the problem but nothing ever gets sloved about this issue either.


Parking is not assigned that is a pain when you have to carry your packages a distance away from your apartment. Late at night when it is dark is the worse, dark, cold, raining.

Several cars have been stolen and broken into from this complex, but the management does not disclose this.

Upon your moving out you will be charge for almost everything they can bill you carpet, tiles,etc.

I?d advise another complex, the market has many apartments available.
