Staff is very accomodating! Apartment complex is small, so they can keep an eye on things going on.

What is up with that. Yeah it is smal but more than half of the tenants are related. They know every time you leave and come home. You are not allowed to have over night guests but management have all kinds of people staying over numerous night, so unfair. Spanish people living the B building have 8 people living in a 2 bd and 1 bth, which is against the fire code. A number of people are contacting the fair rental rights department. The staff is so rude and gossips about everyone which is also against the law. Staff has sexually contact with under age girls. Sex in the hot tub etc. Something needs to be done about this.
