From my experience at Country Gables I can tell that the people who are complaining have either done something that is obviously against the lease agreement, are irresponsible, or lack accountability. I can honestly say that I absolutely loved my stay at Country Gables.

The office ladies were always so nice to me (the people leaving bad reviews need to understand - when you treat people well, they treat you well back). The one time I ever had anything broken they took care of it that day, AND when I lost my keys in the snow the guy shoveling the snow found it and they brought them to me later that day. As far as apartment complexes go, it's the cleanest and least shady place I've seen unless you want to pay $1000 for a fancy complex.

Negatives' Obviously it's not all sunshine and daisies, but for the price, I'm not disappointed whatsoever. The only problems I can even think of are that your neighbors are noisy (even if they are not loud people, it's still noisy), parking can be troublesome, and you have to ventilate your apartment to avoid mold when you take hot showers and leave the heater on all day. BUT those are things that are absolutely normal in any apartment complex. I did have someone try to break into my car one night but I'm SMART and have a car alarm so it woke me up and scared them off.

It's irritating to see so many people bad mouth this place and take no accountability!

I have nothing bad to say about the managers, they are incredibly sweet and as of this point have never done anything out of accordance with the lease agreement. I think Country Gables is probably one of the best places for someone about to move out for the first time.

I'm about to move out of this complex in a couple of months for a house, but otherwise would have stayed. When I do move I will make sure to post an update on how smooth (or not) the move-out goes (deposit and whatnot)! Thanks.
