Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
I have lived here for almost three years. The first two were great, with the exception of the parking problems and unsupervised children running in the streets. However, this past year was AWFUL! I had horrible downstairs neighbors who smoked all the time! I couldn't open my window at all during the summer because of the awful smell. The worst part was I couldn't do anything about it. There should be some kind of smoking rule, but I suggest moving to a smoke-free apartment. Also, don't be fooled by the price. You CAN find a cheaper and nicer apartment! It just takes a little looking!
