My wife and I have been living here for just about a year and a half and have had absolutely no problems. We have lived in other apartments throughout Lynnwood and haven't found a single one that we liked until now. We feel safe living here and love the look and layout of the place. If anything is broken they will replace it quick. One time we just mentioned that our refrigerator was making noise like the compressor was noisy when shutting off and 2 days later we had a brand new fridge. We are treated very nice by the staff and it is always a pleasure to talk with them. They also have FIOS now (internet, phone and TV) so that is also a plus if you like the best internet/tv available. Sometimes it can get a little noisy, but that is mostly because we live next to the playground and we can hear the kids playing, but other than that not bad. I'm sure if we had an apartment away from the playground we wouldn't hear a thing. The complex is usually clean (better than most), looks nice and seems to not be incredibly old or anything. Inside the apartments look nice. They seem new and have new appliances.

My apartment is away from the playground and I still hear a lot of noise. It is because children are playing in the street! I think parents should keep a closer eye on them, especially since many of them do not watch out for cars. Many of the children just race right in front of my car without looking or bothering to stop.
