We lived here for 5 years, and it has RAPIDLY gone downhill. They maintain the outside decently enough (though for a while, garbage was piling up everywhere), but the management is cold, non-responsive, and expects the tenants to do most of the work to maintain their peace of mind. I had mold and cracks in our apartment (with two small kids), and we had to live in it for years. The lights outside the apartments were frequently broken, and we usually always had to do our own repairs. We also had to call the cops MANY times, and there were druggies living in the complex, even right next to us...and nothing was being done about it. We SAW drug-dealings happen in the parking lots. After all of that, they raised rent only for the people that were trying to get things changed, and left rent low for the trouble-makers and drug-dealers.

No matter WHAT this places promises, do NOT rent from here.
