VERY RUDE AND DISRESTECTFUL MANGER

A very rude manger. Do not trust anything he promisses. Make sure he puts everything in writing. He promissed free rent, never gave it to us. Promissed special deals, never got it. Apts. not ready on time. Dirty apts. Very noisy. Police and firefighters come often. Yelling in the middle of the night. Everything is cheaply made. Many things broken. Manger unfair,example, he gives one peaple apts. for $800 and us $900, for the same apts. Apts. not maintain well. Many people are not happy and move before their contract is over.
