As a single parent, I am very careful about where we live, especially for my daughter's sake. We are very pleased with this apartment because the manager cares about tenants and the environment. If I report to the office about some things that need to be fixed, they send someone here within 24 hrs, often the same day! I once complained about my neighbor's loud TV, the office took care of it immediately. The manager and assistant manager patroll the premises very often. With so many tenants here, I am amazed that they remember all tenants' names, including kids' names. They do run a tight ship and very strict, but are friendly at the same time, if you follow the rules here. I see how they treat some tenants' violations, and gosh... you don't want to be on their black list, believe me! My mom is waiting for an apartment here... there is a long waiting list I've heard. There is nothing fancy about this place, no state-of-the-art gym, no 24 hr. recreation room, no welcome trinkets. However, if you are looking for nice, safe, quiet, and clean apartment, you are welcome to be my neighbor.
