We have lived here for a year and we?re deciding to move. This was a great place to live right before they started to run some maintenance. I won?t go into details however I do suggest you ask management one important question: HOW MUCH NOTICE IN ADVANCE TO YOU GIVE YOUR TENANTS WHEN YOU NEED TO FIX, PAINT, ETC. UNITS' BECAUSE I READ A REVIEW THAT YOU PEOPLE DON?T GIVE ENOUGH NOTICE!!! AND, WHEN YOU HAVE STATED THAT A SPECIFIC DAY SOMEONE NEEDED TO BE AT HOME (TO PAINT OUR DOOR), NO ONE SHOWS UP AND YOU DON?T EVEN CONTACT YOUR TENANTS WHO MADE LAST MINUTE ARRANGEMENT TO STAY HOME FROM WORK AND DON?T EVEN LET US KNOW THAT IT HAS BEEN POSTPONED!!! These ?maintenance? has been going on the last 2 months and we?re tired of the last minute notice and no follow ups... Good luck on your next apartment search .


OMG, wrong apartment!!! I meant to review Glenbrook Apartment in Beaverton Oregon. I apologise for my bad bad mistake.

this is a very bad aparment. dont rent from here. if when you move out you wanna be charged with a whole crap load of stuff that never happen this is the place for you. THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT EVER
