Lived here with girlfriend for several years. 40 year old complex is getting worse faster then any sub prime improvements. The one maintenance person walks around with a water pipe wrench as his only tool, no kidding. Repairs are slapped together, as if no one cares, so condition is always getting worse. There is no landscaping, not a flower or replaced bush except in front of the office. The laundry room has machines out of order for 3 to 4 months at a time. The machine company throws up their hands saying the complex won't fix the power to the laundry room. When work is done on site, garbage is left on the grounds for months. The female manager is bored and never shows any interest or pride in her job. The owner/management company, Weidner Investment Services is only concerned with pushing up rents. They care not for people. They are the worst management on the planet. Ask the office manager anything and she is likely to lie, I know I've caught her. They are in the process of installing new windows and have the nerve to do it in the rain and cold and use your electricity to power their tools. I found out last summer that they charged residents for the water used to fill and maintain the pool. A long term resident told me he had figured out why the water bills went up suddenly in the summer. There are no meters here so all charges are passed along.
