I've lived with my girlfriend here since August of 2006. The parking wasn't actually too bad until there was 10 people that moved in to one apartment next to us. However there have been lots of dents and dings on our vehicles. I heard people whispering outside my front door, seriously. There are a lot of kids and during the summer I often hear kids... yes kids... outside until around midnight. The walls are paper thin, and so are the ceilings. I can actually see light coming through the cracks surrounding the front door. I've heard many things coming from apartments that I probably can't say here, and they quite obviously didn't care if anyone could hear them. By our apartment, there is trash everywhere, and I will see the same piece of trash in the same spot a week later. Contstruction isn't bad, aside from the sound insulation, and my apartment still smells like smoke from the last tenent over a year ago. It is a decently safe place. You can keep stuff outside and it probably won't get stolen. That was a very nice thing. We have had our washer and dishwasher break. The washer was fixed promptly, but the dishwasher took about a month for them to finally fix it. The staff just switched their hours, so they start after we leave for work, and leave before we get back, so I haven't even met the new staff. We just have normal 8-5 jobs and don't work on weekends. That makes difficult for any problem that you may have with your apartment or any other issue. It is low income housing, but at $900 a month that is hard to believe, so the population is quite trashy. Being an EMT, I have had to call the police for a missing baby that was wandering around the parking lot for a half hour, and I had to pull a passed out drunk girl out of the parking lot which she was sleeping in.

Overall, I am very happy to move, and would not recommend this place to anyone with a job, or who wants to get sleep, or who desires clean grounds, etc.

The person who keeps commenting on all of the negative reviews sounds like they maybe the management! Does anyone else think the same thing?
