-There was trash all over the apartment grounds.
-Children & adults were noisy.
-I had several kids snooping around my window and looking in.
-Felt safe.
-Most people were friendly.
-Walls were too thin.
-Staff was never around on the weekends.
-People are trashy.
-The outside of the apartments weren't well maintained.
-Too expensive for what we got.

The people are "trashy yet friendly"... ????? "Kids are noisy"... Um.. hello... that is their nature, all kids are noisy!... I find it comical that you lived here LESS than a year and yet felt the need to write a crappy review and cut down the other tenants... Were you evicted?
