I have lived here for over 8 years...
Seen it go from great to ok to bad to worse and now they are really cleaning it up!..
The only problems now are that you cant predict how a new tenant will fit in.
However if you have a problem the NEW management is on top of it.!
They have an awesome maintence guy now too, he RAWKS!
2 years ago I would NOT have recommended this complex to anyone...
Today... I would!!!
Actually today the only issue I have is that the office is not open past 4ish and is not open on weekends making it harder for daytime workers to visit the manager if there should be an issue.

Funny how when the new maintenance man shows up to do a repair is higher than a kite and smells like pot. My daughter could even smell it. Oh you must of been getting high along with him if you think this highly of him!
