I have lived here for over ten years and have seen it go from good to bad to good and then very bad. In the last two years all they have done is paint the buildings after having my rent raised twice. My storage closet has been leaking for over two years and they still haven't repaired the roof. Things are falling apart in my apartment and I have given the managers a list of things that need repairing. I keep getting told that all the apartments are going to be renovated so I am on the top of the list. That was in September 08 and still no repairs. There are no on site managers and they are never there during the times posted on the door. If you work, (and most of the renters living here don't) and you have a package in the office you should plan on taking personal time to get your package. No one is there after 5:00 or on the weekends. The grounds look horrible and the kids are left unsupervised. I will be moving as soon as I can get enough money together for a deposit on a new place.
