We have lived in Keelers Corner for about 5 months so far. The staff has been very good about taking care of any needs we have had. We had a leak in our Washer...replaced within a couple hours. A light fixture was cracked when we moved in, Completely replaced within 1 day. Bathroom fan broke, they fixed it within 24 hours. And my best experience was the water heater sprung a small leak. We found out about it in the evening around 7:00pm. I was able to shut the water off and stop it from leaking but when I called the emergency line and they were there to fix in about 45 min.

I agree that parking is a problem...something I hope they plan to work on, specially if you come in after 10:00. You'll be hard pressed to find a spot close to your apartment. But It is worth the walking in comparison to the service and friendly manor of the majority of the staff. :)
