It sounds like some of you have had a bad experience or two. I myself have enjoyed living at Keelers Corner, and I have always been treated with respect by the staff.

However, I follow the rules and I have reasonable expectations. I ALWAYS clean up after my dog,I keep my vehicle licensed, I keep my music down, I pay my rent on time, I have a car alarm and insurance to help prevent vehicle theft,I don't fight with my neighbors and I obey the Quiet hours.

If this is too difficult maybe you should consider being a homeowner!
