I would like to respond to the last review.

So what your saying is because you cant rent the property at market rates we should not expect any type of customer service or the use a our deck that we pay you for. Maybe you should look at yourselves and ask why you are not renting the units at discounted rates. Poor customer service is probably the issue, and you say that I am stupid.

Increase your service and you will be able to increase your rents.

FYI- I am in WA state after re-locating from the East Coast. Customer Service is #1. I am sure all management is aware, but at the same time there is always low quality people who just dont care what kind of job they are doing.
