was talking to one of the leasing agents as I was moving out and she said "did you like living here" I replied that it was ok, and she said "we don't get very good posts on apartment ratings.com" She then went on to say that people who posted bad things were probably just people who owed money. Then when I got on this site, the most recent positive posting said the same thing in the body of the comments. Coincidence, I think not. Furthermore, if you read the other positive posts, they go on to attack the poster.
Why would a tenant attack another tenant' The struggle is between management and tenants, not tenants and tenants. It seems awfuly suspicious that all the positive posts go on to attack the people who didn't like living there. All I can say is management is posting on the board by their own admission
