I currently live at Keelers Corner and have for the last year and a half. What drew me to these apartments was the location, close to everything, and the apartment it self. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, it has high celings, big windows, new carpet when I moved in, the lay out is great for roommates, the bedrooms dont share walls, very private if you need it. The only problems I have ever had is my disposal got backed up, they were out the next day to fix it. The grounds are well maintained, yes there is a problem with people not picking up after there dogs, but the management put up plastic bags for people to use next to every garbage station. There has only been one time where I had to park in a spot that I could not see from my apartment window. Last year when they paved, the maintance people knew my car and knocked on my door to move it so it did not get towed, I should have already moved my car by that time, they had signs every where. Those are the kind of things that make me like living here. When I renewed my lease my rent only went up $15.00 a month, I can handle that. The biggest thing that has happened is my car was broken into in the first 6 months of me living there, along with a few other cars, I have not had a problem since, nor have I seen anyone who has either since then. Over my life I have lived in 4 different apartments around Everett/Lynnwood, and I have to say Keeler's Corner has been the best I have lived in. I have never had a problem with them fixing something, or getting back to me about anything. With an apartment complex this big, you cant please everyone all the time. I recommend this complex.

My car was stolen just this december along with at least 3 others that I know of... also many cars broken into. management does not care.
