I am a single mom and have lived here almost a year. I love it here- even better than when I owned my own home. I travel a little with my job and it's nice to have beautifully landscaped lawns that I don't have to work in! The elementary school is close by, as are stores, Walgreeens' etc. I have never had an issue with things breaking in my unit so I can't attest to the quickness of work orders- though I did have a bird that flew down the exhaust unit above my stove and they came out immediately and took care of it. There are lots of things to do here- swim, yoga, kickboxing, and I have been treated with nothing but courtesy when I have been at the office. The kids here are nice and I like that my child has other kids to play with. Overall, I love living here and have had zero issues.
