I found myself dissatisfied in only one way during the two years I resided at Keelers.... I discovered it is often targeted by car theives. It falls to the vehicle owner to have proper insurance and a good, loud alarm. The apartment was spacious, the maintenance was good, and I had no problems with any of the staff. As for parking, it is worth the cost of having a car port (had three at one point).The manager is a no-nonsense person who runs a tight ship. This is mistaken by many as rudeness, but she has many tasks to perform (including, I noticed, some of the tasks which should be taken care of by those employed by her)and not enough hours in the day to finish them all. Even so, she finds time to talk if an issue arises which needs to be taken care of. I have recently moved from Keeler's into a house and was treated very well on my move out. The entire staff was helpful and supportive. The man who did the move out inspection was wonderful and made what is usually the most stressful part of a move stress-free. The manager refunded the entire amount allowed by my contract, plus the prorated garage and carport. When I stopped in on the last day, the manager and the entire staff wished me well. Just a note... I was never once late paying my rent and only pressed time on the maintence if it was truly an emergency (they would be ther within an hour without fail).

This has to be the management posting a fake review. Nobody writes like that unless they're trying to sell something.

I'll take your response as a compliment. I tend to write well and take the time to make sure that what I intend to convey is understood perfectly. I lived at Keelers for two years and that is my post. Sorry, but you are incorrect in your accusation.
