I have lived in these apartments for a year now. Thankfully my lease is up next month. I would not even think for a second to sign another lease with this place. Where to begin...Lets see, the first thing is our neighbors on all sides of us were extremely loud. And I don't think it has so much to do with the neighbors being loud as it does with the walls being really thin. The neighbors to the sides of us would play extremely loud music at very late hours of the night. The neighbors above us would run around, jump up and down, and run up and down the stairs at late hours of the night. My car got broken into a few months back, which I hear happens a lot here. And my apartment got broken into just a few weeks back. All the person had to do was pry the back door open with a crowbar and they took almost all of our valuables inside of our apartment. We are pretty sure it was our neighbors because they skipped out on the rent and just left without a notice the day our apartment got broken into and apparently they had some sort of meth lab growing in their apartment. Looks like the apartments aren't even doing a criminal background checks and are just letting druggies live in their apartments. Real nice. There was nothing we could do about it and nothing the apartments offered to do about it, but take the back door from our neighbors apartment and put it on ours. Yeah that makes me feel really safe, since it's the same door and somebody can come in and do it again. Not to mention there is a pawn shop not even a block away and I see a cop out there all the time. Those apartments are not safe at all, so if you are looking for a safe place to live, stay the hell away from keelers corner. If you want your car to be broken into, and possibly your apartment broken into then go ahead, move here. If you don't, then I recommend finding someplace as far away from these apartments as possible. The whole area is unsafe. You are warned!
