For some reason people always complain about noise, car left, and parking - News Flash.....IT'S AN APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!! All in all our stay was very nice. We kept to ourselves, paid our rent on time and obeyed community rules. We had some problems, but they weren't horrible - just your normal run of the mill apartment living issues. We never had a problem with parking because we forked out the huge amount of $30 or $40 a month for an assigned spot (please note the sarcasm - the parking cost are not bad at all - most people waste that amount on stupid things anyway).

I think the true testimate to Keelers is how they treated us when our apartment was destroyed by fire. We were on the bottom floor, the fire started on the 3rd floor. Everything we had was lost....I mean everything. We weren't really allowed back in the building to salvage anything, and I would have liked for them to have pulled everything out for us so we could rummage through, and communicate with us better during those first few days, but what is done is done.

All I know is that the manager and staff were on the scene immediately and they made sure everyone had a place to stay that night. They put the residents that were staying in new units, and refunded my husband and I are pro-rated rent and deposit within a month - not too shabby for all the other stuff they had to take care of.

The club house, grounds and apartment units themselves are very nice. You can make them feel like a home and not just a box, and I always loved how beautiful they kept the landscaping. As long as your not a whiney high maintenance tenant you'll be fine.

All in all they are by far the nicest apartment complex in Lynnwood (and the surrounding area).

ya they look good,the fire you were involved in is not the first,and there have been a lot of strange things happen there.the floors are real thin as thin as the walls,a girl tried to kill herself in one of the garages by breathing the exaust in her garage,I'm not sure if she died or not I was to busy moving out of there.they can't keep the pool or hottub clean of all the pee in the pool and hottub,they take there time the pool was closed quit a bit when I lived there,the property is to large for one little office to handle,the apts are nice inside that's all I liked,people don't watch their kids and they scream for no reason running around,if I was deaf and didn't have to drive a car I guess I would be o.k. living there.
