This apartment seems very very classy but it is all just vanity. They promise granite counter top but when I moved in there are not granite counter tops and 7 month later still no granite counter tops. The apartment never have any parking, especially if you return home late. Also I got my car keyed by my neighbor and they even left a nasty note. Nice Neighbors you know. Since the room is remodeled, they did a very poor job of wiring. If I run my tv/computer/microwave all at the same time the circuit breaker will trip. This means I have to turn off everything in my house to run the Microwave. This is because the original wiring was not designed to support a microwave, but just a hood fan. All in all, it may look nice outside, the apartment is old with a new coat of paint. for 1200 a month it is not a very good deal at all. BTW I also live in the "DD" building and yes NO PARKING at all and the place is falling apart !!!!!!! and the office admins are not helpful at all. As the title states... BEWARE!!!..

they said we'd granite counter tops too! but several months ago, we finally got granite...they installed a bar granite top and left the ketchin alone! it makes no sense and looks kinda odd!

Still no granite counter top for me... I been here over an year... I finally had enough and I will be moving out next week. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL HATE IT!!
