High rent, high crime,non-existent mgmt(unless it involves $$).In my 8mos here I've dealt with a silverfish(kinda like earwigs)infestation(complex wide)had my car broken into(twice)possibly due to 3 burnt out lights in my $35/mo.carport(called it in 5 times)I had to fix my front door lock(who needs that,right?)and washer MYSELF after 4 unanswered requests, window blinds almost took out my buddy's 1yr old(faulty brackets-STILL unrepaired)requested missing window screens upon move-in(still waiting)etc.etc.Whenever I hear ANYONE metioning apartments I go out of my way to deter them from here.Take heed in what I say,move in and you WILL regret it

I have lived here at Keeler's for about 10 months now and actually lived here 10 years' ago for 3 years. I absolutely love love love it here. Every time I have called in a work order, they respond from 30 minutes to 1 day and have fixed everything I have asked. I have also requested touch up paint twice and they have been happy to give it to me for free. The management as well as the maintenance crew are absolutely wonderful and personable and always wave when they see me walking my dog or driving by. The pool and clubhouse are huge and remind me of a vacation resort. I live on the wildlife preserve and wake up every morning to birds chirping (in the spring and summer of course). The grounds are immaculate and loaded with flowers in the summer. They have a special girl who plants and tends the flowers and shrubs all year and thats all she does. My one bedroom is $785 and that is usual and customary for the neighborhood and comparable complexes. I can't say enough about Keelers. Maybe "Miss Don't Move Here" left the water running!
