They will keep your security deposit even if you clean it better than when you move in trust me I know. The Manger ---- is pure evil and she is ---- with a big head, evil evil eyes, and she looks ---------- and she ------------- ------to make herself look prettier but it doesnt work obviously. The walls are thin. They will giive you a $80 fee if youre one day late with rent. They rasise your rent ever so often too!! I had my cars broken in to my towlift stolen, the walls are thin, you can hear the neighbors farting in the bathroom no lie. a couple times I went to pick up packges that I recieved a note for by the postman in my mailbox but when I went there to pick it up they couldnt find it. then a few days later they miraculously found it. One time though, there was 1 package that got lost and it was very valuable but I cant say for sure if it was Fedex delivery guys fault or the Apt.
If I am lying about all this may God strike me dead and may I rot in hell forever!! I wouldnt waste my time here typing this if I wasnt legitimately screwed over. My mom dad 2 brothers and sister know Im telling the truth. I am a fair person but if you act like a ----- Im going to expose you and that manager there named ---- talked to me as though I was not a human being!! I am not bearing a false witness I am testifying the whole truth and nothing but the truth. I may have got a bit carried away with insulting the manager, but she really is one evil lady with evil eyes!!
Dont move in I warned you.!!!

Amen to that! The person who responded first must have been one of the luckiest people here because our neighbors are rediculously loud!! ---- informed me that the fleas, crappy looking cabinets, and problems with the apartment that we had when we moved in here are now my problem and we will be paying for it. HATE IT HERE!!

It's true about the securty depoist! I cleaned my app. and had the paper they gave me saying it's was clean, and when I asked for my depoist back they said no with no reason!:-( this place is the pits! The staff is very bad. and I hope all the stealing comes back to haunt them. and bad carma follows them everywere.

I completely agree. I just moved out last month and received a bill for almost $500. They claim they had to clean the apartment and have the floors cleaned. Which I did all of and a better job then when we moved in. The manager, ----, also claimed that we had burns in our carpet which I know is untrue since we never smoked in our home. When I called to talk to the manager about it she was very rude and spoke to me like a child. I would not recommend anyone rent from them. I also agree with the noise. It always sounded like I had WWE wrestlers living upstairs. I also complained numerous times about the dog poop that was always all over the sidewalks and grass and they kept telling me that when I saw the dog I should follow him and find out were he lived. I thought that is why we pay a ridiculous amount of rent. To live in a nice home. I couldn't let my kids go out to play without them stepping in poop. I also mentioned the fact that the playground had garbage on it and needed more fall zone woodchips to be safe and no one ever fixed that either. I would not recommend moving there and I am sorry for anyone moving out that will have to deal with management.

i was the first one to respond. we've had a few different neighbors in total over the 2.5 yrs (we're on the bottom, so we have neighbors on top and on both sides. somehow we lucked out. when we move we will see if they try to chrage us extra. the rent is begining to be too much and now they're charging a pet fee per month!
