We moved in at Keelers Corner around November and I have to say we thought it was going to be very nice. We were kind of thrown off by the price becuase there were a lot of other apartments even houses for rent for a lot cheaper, but we thought it was very nice and our initial impression of the staff was very good.

WE THOUGHT WRONG!

Since the winter time was so bad this year, the complex did NOTHING to help us. I couldn't go to work for a week because they did nothing to help the driveway! Also, our garbage got so high, it was coming out into the road. DISGUSTING! It's been like that a few times since we've been here. The maintenance guys do nothing here! Everytime I see them, they are either riding around and around on their stupid golf cart or just standing around. Can you say Lazy' Also, the people who helped us to get the apartment in the office were nice to start with but horrible after that! It's like they are only nice because they want to make that money off of you and then, oh well, you mean nothing after that! There is one specific person in the clubhouse that is an (excuse my language) absolute -----! She acts like her ---- don't stink and she is the ruler! I won't mention the name, but if you come here, you will definitly know who she is!

Also, this place is soooooo noisy! If you want to get a good nights sleep then don't move here! We can hear the neighbors next door and below us. Some days we can even hear the people across the street! If you are a partier or young person who likes noise and parties all the time, then this is the perfect place for you!

I won't even go into the parking situation. I don't have time for this place anymore! Let's just say there is NO PARKING!

Please don't move in here. It is absolutely the WORST complex I have ever lived in!

I lived here about two years ago and the garbage overflowed all the time even when the garbage was being picked up on time. I was pretty much forced to buy a parking spot because I worked swing shift and there literally no parking spots in the complex when I got home. This is honestly the worst place I have ever lived. DO NOT MOVE HERE. You will regret it.

i don't know of any apartment complex that plowed their driveways during that snow storm, everyone was on their own on that one...and of course the garbage was over flowing during that time, they were overflowing everywhere cuz the trucks couldn't get around...and since the property is so big, certain areas are louder than others...i lived in the AA building and it was very quiet.

The place is really awful, I lived there for 2.5 years, I rcvd a 30 day notice that they were going to remodel my unit and that I had a lovely option to have my rent increase by $450.00 for the same style unit across the way. The maintenance guys painted our unit with the new remodel colors, and we were charged $895 for this when we left, since it was not routed thru the main office. I would pay my rent and they would say I did not, I would bring in the receipts and they would dig and they would be clipped to someone??s "in" slot on the side of their desk. The staff is clueless, ask a question and I can literally see them scratch their bubble head. I truly would not recommend living here, if you do...please take care of the poor kitty cats in the reserve. I do miss them :)
