Oh where do I begin?! First, we weren't able to view the apartment until the day we were moving in even though they had more than a months notice that we were coming. Which, that alone took away our option to change our minds and get our deposit back Coinsidence, wouldn't you say? Back to moving day. The reason as to why we weren't allowed to view it was because they were still doing "maintenance". Even though the walls were dirty they painted over it anyways, that day, and the carpet was still wet as well. The apartment wasn't cleaned before moving in. The shower rod in the bathroom was missing, the cabinet doors in the bathroom were nearly off the hinges, the stove burner didn't work, and after fixed it went out again when they claimed that they were new appliances. The microwave looked like something blew up in it and quit working 3 days after we moved in. New...I think not! The dryer was not connected which filled the apartment with stagnant air, which I got headaches from EVERY day until I finally called thinking I have mold in the house. Not to mention, the washer and dryer look like they are about 10 years old. Very small loads!! The kitchen sink leaks underneath, and still hasn't been fixed even though they filed a report saying it was. The heater in the living room doesn't work, still after supposedly getting fixed. The rod for the blinds in the bedroom keep coming out of the drywall. The keys they gave us the first day we moved in didn't fit our keyholes even they were specifically cut for them. One actually broke off in the door. Our mailbox keys didn't work, had to be replaced twice as well. Had to spray cooking spray in the lock just to get the third set to turn. Not to mention the door handles in the house are all closet door handles, including the front door. The only lock provided is the deadbolt, no handle lock. They give you like 1 day to do your move in inspection which isn't nearly enough time, and they are not present for. Parking, not enough provided. There are no guaranteed spots unless you buy a carport. We have one car and had to buy a carport because people with more than one car whom are suppose to buy a carport for the second vehicle took our free space. Management claims to fix the parking issues, but yet they go unresolved. Oh, not to mention that our carport had been given to two other people while still paying for it and using it. Free tanning beds, no more! Most definitely NOT military friendly. Ask about lease options when moving in. We were not given any options, they told us it was a year lease even though come to find out they had other ones. The staff is blind, deaf, and dumb. No one knows anything there, they always refer you to the manager, who coinsidently is ALWAYS busy or gone. Also, VERY expensive and claim to be "luxury" apartments when they do not compare to luxury at all. Honestly, you might as well live in a rink-a-dink apartment because you get the same quality, but pay WAYYYYYYYYY less. You are free to choose your own experiences, but I thought I'd share mine along with others.

Pretty much took the words out of my mouth. I HATE KEELERS! Everyone who works in the office is young and immature and they DO NOT know the answer to any question you ask. The assistant manager is the WORSTE. I paid WAAAY too much in rent and got the same survice as i would get in a broke down apartment. The best part about that palce is the appartments themselves. even though all your appliances will at one time or another blow out. And the walls are papr thin!!! I can hear the dogs upstairs running back and forth all day.... they are yourky puppies which way 2 pounds at most!! I hate this place I hate this place. Do yourself a favor and lease else where. even if the apartment look nice. SCREW it you'll be miserable. Iv'e lived here 11 months and I have had 5 different tenants mive in and OUT of the apartment next to me and above me with in ONE YEAR. Aparently they couldn't stand this palce eigher
