First and foremost I absolutely do not reccommend this apartment to anybody who wants to be mentally sound and financially stable after their lease is up, or in my condition, mid way through their lease. In January I was renting a 2 bedroom apartment with a girlfriend of mine and it was hell. First off, we moved in without a heater in the livin room. Wires only. I kid you not, I could see my breath when I was talking sitting on my couch. In February, the master bathroom's shower door cracks and fell off of the railing while being opened, shattering on my girlfriend and cutting her pretty good! The apartments said I signed a paper stating anything that went wrong was my responsibility. Even if the world came to an end and a ball of fire burned it down, we must pay for all damages. This is ridiculous! This was the last straw and I went to the office to end my lease early. They wrote me up a $2000 bill for carpet damage which was there that I had written down and informed the office about but they still said it was my fault. The manager of the apartment complex was in no way willing to work with me; threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay and then told me even if I do pay I'm still going to have an eviction on my record... What the hell' Absolutely not... This was the worst three months of my life. Do not rent from them. You will pay. In the most literal sense of the word.
