I recently moved out of these apartments and I will tell you it was not a good thing. I had months and months of perfect tenancy. they hired the new manager and wow he is a piece of work. with in 2 months of the new manager I got a termination of tenancy 7 days prior to being due to give birth to my second child.

This is the second time they have asked some one to move with in a week or 2 of having a baby that I know of. A friend I had there was almost 38 weeks pregnant when they made her move out.

As for the apartments themselves... they had black mold, yellow tap water, old cabinetry, and lots of problems with smells. I personally would never put white carpet in an apartment and they did.

they are definitly in it for the money and nothing else. They are very very very poorly managed by Suhrco. In my personal experience I couldn't get the regional manager of the apartments (from Suhrco) on the phone ever.
I wouldn't recomend these apartments to anyone!!!!!!

What she forgets to tell you is the apartment policy was no dogs over 20#, no pit bulls and dogs must be controlled at all times. She intentionally misrepresented the dog on her application as to it's breed type and when the dog got loose repeatedly refused to correct the condition. The smells of which she speaks are pet odors caused by dogs urinating on the carpets - hers included, and the previous person who was moved was the former manager who left the position.
