This property isn't worth the prices being asked! The major problems are poor management practices by the management company and lots of delayed maintenance that never gets done to the major systems - like rusty water from the sinks, black mold in the walls, etc. There are no washers and driers in the apartments you have to use pay machines and there are only 2 per building. The appliances are old, the plumbing backs up - like when the people upstairs shower it backs up in the downstairs bathtub YUCKY! Or when you run the water in the kitchen it comes out black or bright orange - every time! NASTY
