I moved in a few months ago and so far I haven't experienced at all what these other people are talking about. I think the new manager Cassie makes a good difference. She's very pleasant to deal with and when I turned in a work order for my bathroom fan she had maitenance come out the next day and fix it. I think the maintenance man is actually her husband and so, they both live here and if there is an emergency that makes me feel good that they could come right out.
I rented here because I really like the door ways are limited access entry. You have to have a key to come in the building and also when guests come over there is an intercom system that rings to your cell phone which I think is pretty cool.
My last apartments had a big problem with parking. That's not the case here. I have an assigned spot for free plus there's a lot of guest parking too!
I haven't had any problems with my water. It looks like water, it tastes like water.
I know people said something about police being here. I've only ever seen them roll through. Which doesn't seem bad to me. And I've never seen them here on incident.
Also I am on the bottom floor and at my last place I was too and I had a HUGE problem with the jerk who lived above me partying all the time. I was worried to move into a bottom floor again. But, I never even hear the people above me. So, that's a big relief.
I looked around a lot before renting here. But, I didn't feel like spending the same $800 for a 600sq ft apartment and being all cramped over a 850 sq ft.
Sounds like to me these other people are just complaining. Maybe the previous manager was really bad or something'
I know it's more likely that people will take time to complain then to say something nice. So, I just want to be that nice guy.

Cassie is a new addition. She's not been here long. I hope she is what is needed to bring this apartment complex in line with other apartments that are in the market. I've not had the chance to deal with her for anything other than packages and she's been very polite and pleasent. perhaps, if she had been hired earlier, I'd not be moving. I wish you the best of luck with this complex and I hope cassie works her magic on the place.
